On September 30th2012, LaoQian Law Office and LaoQian Management Conculting Company held a joint lecture on “Risk Management and Practical Operations concerning Dismissal and Termination of Labor Contract in Qingdao area” at Lijing Hotel. The lecture was given by Debao He, director of LaoQian Law Office More than 150 enterprises and 200 clients and trainees attended the lecture.
Based on the long term working experiences dealing with complex Labor Dispute cases，director He gave vivid examples on various cases of success and failures with detailed elaborations on major legal points to be mastered, knowledge on arbitration practices in Qingdao area, and practical operational techniques on how to handle matters. 
The lecture was interactive with enthusiasm and was welcomed by trainees.
The lecture marks the beginning of LaoQian’s training course of 2013.
